TI Restorative Yoga with Shanna Salmon will begin next Friday, April 7th at 12pm in the TI Classroom. This relaxing class will be a 4-week series with a focus on strengthening the mind-body connection. Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothes for this 45-minute yoga sequence.
Shanna is a 200RYT certified through the Yoga Alliance who has been practicing yoga for more than six years. As a Patient Coordinator at TI, Shanna would love to teach and share the benefits of Restorative Yoga to the community.
