This self-care practice is designed to tone the nervous system, sourcing simple yoga and qigong forms that are grounding and soothing. This practice will help you to learn and trust simple, scientifically-sound techniques rooted in neurobiology which can be used in your day-to-day life. We will leave time at the end of practice to discuss and clarify. Please dress comfortably and, if possible, have two small blankets or pillows and a long fabric strap (a long scarf or robe belt will do). No experience is necessary and all are welcome!
